I had a login on prior to March 2019. Where are my certificates?

You can still login using the email address and password associated with your old CE Corner account. Unfortunately, when CE Corner was redesigned, we were unable to migrate your login information or your certificates.

Import your certificates from the old CE Place & CE Corner

If you wish to retrieve your old certificates, we’ve developed an import tool to assist you with this. Click here to get started.

  1. You must be registered
  2. If you used an alternative email address registered, input that email address into the search field and click “Go”
  3. Select “Import” from either CE Place or CE Corner and follow the instructions.

Where are my certificates saved?

Certificates are saved in your Report Card. Note: you must be logged in.

What do I do with my certificates?

You are responsible for sending certificates, which are proof of course completion, to the appropriate governing body, either electronically or as a hard copy.

What should I do if I have forgotten my account information?

Click on “Sign In” in the upper right-hand portion of the CE Corner home page. A popup box will appear; select “Forgot Password?” Enter the email address you used to enrol, click “Submit,” and password reset instructions will be emailed to you. If you had a login to prior to March 2019, please note that you must create a new login.


Taking courses

Do any of the IIROC credits apply for compliance?

Courses are accredited for professional development unless specified otherwise.

If I do not successfully complete the course, how many times may I repeat it?

You may re-write the course as many times as necessary to achieve a passing grade.

What is My Plan and how can I use it?

My Plan allows you to manage and track your credits by creating a customized plan as per your requirements. You will need to create a plan based on the number of credits required for the year. As and when you successfully complete a course My Plan will update to reflect credits from the completed course. Note: you must be logged in.

What is My Report Card and how do I use it?

When you successfully pass a course, your certificates, along with credits are stored in My Report Card. You can access every certificate you have received from CE Corner under My Report Card. Note: you must be logged in.
